I visited Angel Fire for the first 3 days of my 2-week vacation for mountain biking. I ate chicken enchiladas my first night (7/28/2019). I began feeling progressively bad over the next 72-hours until violent vomiting and explosive diarrhea. I had to cut my vacation short and head home continued feeling very sick. Eventually went to the doc. Course of Cipro did not work. Symptoms progressed (nausea/belching/gas/diarrhea). Started Flagyl (8/23/2019) and symptoms finally subsiding. I am a strong, healthy, 40s female so this was a nasty episode that could be very serious for any elderly, young, or person with comorbidity. I will be reporting to health dept directly and encourage anyone reading this that has or knows of recent similar experience to do the same. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Burping
