Ate at the Oregon cheese festival and a few hours later got horrible food poisoning. Been vommiting, diharia, fever and horrible stomach pain for about a day now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I get cravings for hot wings once in awhile, so I ordered 36 from pizza hut... I ate half and couple hours later cramps diarrhea and so on kept on coming... bed ridden for two days, besides the bathroom of course.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Bought chicken salad from deli at noon. Food was room temperature. I felt funny for the rest of the day, then at 2 am I vomited multiple times. All severe symptoms began and continued to occur for the entire next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
