I had started eating the sandwich and something just didn't taste right. It was unusually salty and overall something just wasn't right. The sandwich was disgusting. Ever since taking a couple bites of the sandwich I been throwing up and the shits  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Suspected source: Chinese food shrimp was mushy and taste funny
Onset: Less than 4 hours

It was a Saulsberry steak It was almost immediately and I stopped eating and told a waitress I didn’t want it they burned it so they could hide that it was spoiled
