Husband and I ate chicken salad bowls with beans cheese mild salsa veggies and guac at 5:30p. By 1:30am I was nauseous and had diarrhea every 30 min. It's 2pm and I'm still hearing my stomach moving juices through and I can't eat anything without pain.
