I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and I ate it around 2 p.m. by the time I got home I didn't even reach my front door before vomiting I was up all night every 2 hours with violent diarrhea and vomiting with a fever and chills, this is my second day and I'm still ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Ate 1/4 of Planters Honey Roasted Peanuts. Sick stomach, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Throw up or have diarrhea (or both at the same time!) any time I eat or drink anything except water. This is day 2. On day 1 of the antibiotics, hope they work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a pizza at Dock Street on Saturday, January 20th, at 8 PM. By midnight I got a strong stomach ache. Vomiting and diarrhea had developed by 2 AM. I was suffering from fever, abdominal pain and cramps for over 24 hours.

on jan.20 2018 I went to Taco Bell,had 2 chicken quesadillas, The next morning woke up turned over and threw everything up, happened 2 more times with fever and diarrhea,I never get sick so I knew right away it was food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
