I purchased Lucky Charms family size during the first week of April. Ate it 3 xs that week got diarrhea each time still had diarrhea about a week afterwards but am ok now  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I ate a cup of activia yogurt this morning by nooon I was nauseous and had to go to the bathroom with loose stool tried to eat some
Oatmeal later in the day and felt awful
Again stomach feels hot also  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other

Nausea vomited 2x back hurts I cooked mushrooms from produce section. They were wrapped and i didnt see any tears in package. I ate the mushrooms around 11pm last night. I awoke this morning nauseated and within 30 minutes vomited. I again vomited approximately 40 minutes later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I consumed 2 nacho cheese Doritos tacos and about 30 minutes later started to have intense diahrrea and stomach pain. I am currently on the couch next to my bathroom instead of in bed from running back and forth so much. I fear vomit is next. My taco only had meat and cheese on it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
