I got food poisoning from here. I have vomiting, diarrhea, fever and body aches. When I went to my doctor he said that he had received several cases about restaurants along that road that received lettuce containing E. Coli.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Body Ache

I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme meal, with a chalupa at approximately 1930. I was driving I-95 south back to Florida, and felt fine.

My 3 year old son ate a cheeseburger and about 10 minutes later is got a very high fever and starting vomiting. This has lastes for over 24 now., The symptoms immediately started.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever
