I bought a 4 count chicken tender Entrée and felt fine for about a hour. I then felt horrible pains in my stomach and preceded to throw up everything in my stomach. That’s was around 2:00 pm. It’s now 1:48 am and I’ve been throwing up all day and my stomach hurts  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Me and my girlfriend went yesterday 7/31 about 8pm and both of us got food poisoning I had a patty melt type deal and fries and my girlfriend had a single steak burger with some onion rings she is alot sicker than me throwing up and all.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I’ve never gotten sick off of fries but my son and I are in awful shape. It was definitely the fries that did it. I got extremely bloated and in a lot of pain. It took longer for my little guy who is now very sick. I’m so upset and now have to take a day off work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating

Ate there last night, food didn’t seem fresh at all. We eat different zaxbys locations several times a month but this definitely didn’t seem fresh, 12 hours later we are both deathly ill and can’t stop throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a 10 piece nugget around 4 o’clock pm. around 9:45 I started having bad stomach cramps/ pains . by 10 pm on my way home I was throwing up and had diarrhea. It took me and hour and a half to get home from somewhere… See more
