Ate a chicken burrito, Mexican pizza, supreme taco, and cheesy potato burrito. Within an hour I had terribke,stomach pains. Then had profuse vomiting along with diarrhea. Lead to severe dehydration and hospitalization.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea

I ate a chicken bowl black beans white rice medium and hot salsa cheese and guacamole. I started feeling it late Friday at night and has lasted till Monday (today) I am not 100% better and I've had to miss two days of work.
