My four-year-old got something from either the macaroni and cheese or the applesauce pouch that came with it, so the issue might go back to either of those manufacturers and not the restaurant.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a spicy chicken sandwich on July 19th. Within hours I felt very nauseous and my stomach was cramping. I have been throwing up since then for the past 4 days. Last night being the worst with fever, chills and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
