I stopped around 7pm on Sat, June 2, and purchased a sausage mcmuffin and egg sandwich. I developed a stomach ache within 4 hrs and was vomiting within 6 hrs and again at 7 hours post eating.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Had a mcgriddle at about 4 pm. Tasted like it sat out the whole day and was warmed back up.

Fever of 104, diarrhea and vomitting all night, it's now been 24 hours and I'm feeling better except a minor fever still.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
