I drank the Carmel Apple Spice around 2:30pm before my shift at work. And I was okay until like 4pm, I felt sick really sick! I felt dizzy, nauseous, sharp abdominal pains, lower back and upper back pain ( sharp). I felt the need to vomit and the need to leave work, It was painful walking!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
