I believe it was this place Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage Super gassy and had diarrhea, the sausage was the only new food item introduced to my diet. It says “fully cooked” but I’m not so sure. I did cook it, however, according to the package instructions.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
