I ate a grilled chicken sandwich sat February 20th around 7 pm. It was disgusting . I got home and it all hit me I had sharp stomach pains and felt dizzy and had simulatanous diahrrea and vommitting and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
