The mispacked product affected is from a batch with a use-by date of 26.01.2024, originating in Ireland.The affected batch of SuperValu Chicken and Ham Pie was incorrectly packed with Steak and Onion Pie, which contains soya as an ingredient. However, this was not declared in the list of ingredients. Soya, a common allergen, can cause serious health risks to consumers who are allergic or intolerant to it. Therefore, this batch is deemed unsafe for individuals with soya allergies or intolerances.
The Pie's pack size is 275g, and it is marked with Allergy Alert Notification 2024.A01.
