Got a Baconator from Wendy's in Oxon Hill. About 2 hours after, I got diarrhea and nausea. It is now the next day, and I still feel terrible. I know it was the sandwich, because my husband ate food from home and my son had nuggets from Wendy's.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ordered a Baconator combo from Wendy's drive thru in Belvidere s.c 8-27-03 around 5:30 p.m and about an hour later had to Run to bathroom with runny diarrhea so far I had to use Restroom 3or more times. That's why I kinda of skeptical about eating out.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Few hours ago Ate a Baconator and a Pretzel Pub Triple near the afternoon. Around 8pm, I started feeling off. From 8:30PM to 11:10PM I was stuck on the floor in my bathroom with every movement hurting my stomach and causing me to vomit or diarrhea even more.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Son ate the son of a baconator meal there last night around 9:30 , within an hour he was complaining of an upset stomach and about the 2 hour mark he was vomiting and diarrhea. And has continued still now into the next day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
