Had this. Later that day had an abdominal X-ray for an unrelated issue and two small metal objects were found floating in my ascending bowel. I was told it was from whatever I had recently ingested. Big Mac and Fries…hoping it comes out without issues but have had pain ever since.  | Symptoms: Other

I had the Chicken big mac, my wife had the Mcrispy burger and we both had very bad food poisoning. It was the only main meal we had, tea was pasta and pesto. So, I know it was definitely the food here. I couldn't even drink water without being sick. It's the worst food poisoning I've ever had.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I decided to eat anyway.
