It is common to get food poisoning from Pizza. Frozen pizza has been linked to E. coli and restaurant pizza contains high-risk ingredients that can cause food poisoning if mishandled. The main culprit is often raw eggs in undercooked dough, but toppings like meat and cheese can contain Listeria.

Pacific coast veggie pizza and Parmesan bites. Was fine then about 6-8 hours after eating I developed a severe headache. By morning it was nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea which is still present currently  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

This was my first time trying the Hunts Brothers pizza and I got the loaded pizza and a pepperoni pizza, I thought it was pretty good but the next day before eating anything else I experienced a upset stomach with diarrhea and it happened for a while.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ordered pizza two nights ago with extra anchovies and been ill since. Going hot, sweating, diarrhoea and vomiting. Just had doctor out that confirmed food poisoning. Everyone else who got pizza is fine, I was the only one who ordered anchovies, everyone else had cheese/hawaiian pizza  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating

Two nights ago I had digiorno frozen pepperoni pizza, the following morning, at 5am, I had terrible diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, sweating and dizziness. Diarrhea continued on and off that day, ending around noon.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating
