On August 23 at about 4:30 PM Eastern standard time I ate a burrito with the heaters chicken black beans mild salsa sour cream and lettuce about 3 1/2 hours later I started to feel nauseous and I threw up the entire burrito and also had diarrhea…

I got a chicken and rice bowl from here this afternoon and ate it when I got home. I got half way through and then didn’t feel great. I started vomiting uncontrollably and then had diarrhea. I had to then call an ambulance because I could not drive to emergency room.

Had Chipotle 8/3 at 9:30 PM. Have had severe stomach pain ever since. One day later still hurting. Stomach pain and nausea. Hoping it goes away.
