I had the beef with sour cream and avacado. Within an hour of eating I felt nauseous. Vomiting occurred a few hours after. I still have nausea and a headache.

Fui ao Del Taco com meus dois primos para comer algo rápido. Eu não estava com muita fome, então recebi um batido de baunilha com chantilly. Dentro de uma hora e meia depois de beber, senti tonturas, náuseas e vomitei.
