I went to Del Taco with my two cousins to grab a quick bite to eat. I wasn’t very hungry so I got a vanilla shake with whipped cream. Within an hour and a half of drinking it, I felt dizzy, nauseous, and threw up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
