Had a cheese quesadilla, fries, and a Diet Coke last night around 9pm. From 4am-11am today I suffered from vomiting and diarrhea.

Beef Taco Illness Symptoms

I had the beef with sour cream and avacado. Within an hour of eating I felt nauseous. Vomiting occurred a few hours after. I still have nausea and a headache.

Vanilla Shake Causes Illness

I went to Del Taco with my two cousins to grab a quick bite to eat. I wasn’t very hungry so I got a vanilla shake with whipped cream. Within an hour and a half of drinking it, I felt dizzy, nauseous, and threw up.
