In n out is the only place I ate that day then felt bad the rest of the day then was extremely sick all night

#1 cheeseburger w/onions pnly, side of fries. Was only person in 4-party group that ate a bun. They had lettuce wrapped burgers and did not get sick. O had the bun and been sick shortly after getting home. Threw up ext morning & diarhea all day.

Eu comi um hambúrguer estilo proteína às 12 desta manhã, agora são 3 da manhã, e eu tive cólicas estomacais extremas, sensação de queimação no estômago e diarréia explosiva. Comecei a sair de moletom com a dor insuportável.
