In n out is the only place I ate that day then felt bad the rest of the day then was extremely sick all night

#1 cheeseburger w/onions pnly, side of fries. Was only person in 4-party group that ate a bun. They had lettuce wrapped burgers and did not get sick. O had the bun and been sick shortly after getting home. Threw up ext morning & diarhea all day.

我今天早上 12 点吃了一个蛋白质风格的汉堡，现在是凌晨 3 点，我有极度的胃痉挛，胃里有烧灼感和爆炸性腹泻。我开始因为极度痛苦而大汗淋漓。
