On 12/10/2018 I had a chicken bowl with ( white rice, black beans, veggies, red hot salsa, cheese, pico, sour cream) my coworker also had the same bowl but added guacamole. We both got extremely ill after with extreme nausea , vomiting, sever diarrhea , abdominal discomfort, we could not keep other meals down after and this had been on going for 3 days now. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando
