On Thursday July 20 2017 at 11:30am I ate nachos at Taco Del Mar in River Park Square. Ingredients included black beans, nacho cheese, shredded cheese, pico, corn salsa, guac, sour cream, and fish. By 5pm I started to have severe stomach discomfort that lasted for 2 days including diarrhea, vomiting, headache, and fever. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea, Vomitando
