Comi o café da manhã do McDonald's às 6:30 e depois comi um big mac e batatas fritas por volta das 12:30. Acredito que o último foi o que me deixou doente. I went to McDonald’s Wednesday 20th March 2019. I had a quarter pounder meal (without cheese), medium chips and a coke. An hour or so later I began hearing my stomach making odd noises.
