Ordered pizzas, We had two pizzas delivery yesterday, been on the toilet too often myself and my boyfriend, I felt I wanna sick but I tried not to. So from yesterday and today we are suffering both with deorhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I became violently ill after consuming indian cuisine from Bar 11 . I reported it to management but only received reasons as to how this could not have happened here at our restaurant  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate McDonald's breakfast wrap at 6:30 then ate a big mac and fries around 12:30 I believe the latter is what made me ill. Came home fell asleep woke up vomiting my guts out, later that day came diarrhea, fever and headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I went to McDonald’s Wednesday 20th March 2019. I had a quarter pounder meal (without cheese), medium chips and a coke. An hour or so later I began hearing my stomach making odd noises. The symptoms began at 6:30am in the Thursday and continued all day and night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
