Comí el envoltorio de desayuno de McDonald's a las 6:30 y luego comí un big mac y papas fritas alrededor de las 12:30. Creo que esto último es lo que me enfermó. I went to McDonald’s Wednesday 20th March 2019. I had a quarter pounder meal (without cheese), medium chips and a coke. An hour or so later I began hearing my stomach making odd noises.
