Had brunch at the university cafeteria at around noon yesterday. Started to have nausea and upset stomach around 4pm and started vomiting and diarrhea at about 8pm that lasted through the night and into the morning. Vomiting has ceased but diarrhea continues  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando
