I got a carnita bowl with fajita veggies, both rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes. I had the worst nausea I’ve ever had in my life and my symptoms lasted 3 days. We ate the Sunday brunch which is buffet style. My mom and my daughter ate off the same plate and within a day they both had vomiting and fever. My mom had diarrhea as well.
