Got a salad and a big mac on July 4th a few days later I had sever food poising My doctor said he has had a few cases and it seems we all have 1 thing in common and it was Mcdonalds.

Ate 2 soft tacos and the $1 nachos on 7/18 at 9PM. Went to sleep and had bad stomach cramps. Diarrhea the next morning, and felt off all day, hot, tired. Puked huge amounts twice last night. Feel better today.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Vomitando
