I still have bag of some of the food and receipt. 3424 Poole Rd McDonalds Restaurant store #12293. Got sick . Food poisioned or allergic to food. On 2/21/2018 the last food I ate was that at 8:10pm oder47 went to bed around 9:30pm. Started itchy on arms and back. I am now at the Dr. Office  | Sintomas: Náusea

Meu ex comprou a mim e ao meu 4 anos de idade alguns tacos crocantes de tacobell e um baritto para mim. Algumas horas depois, comecei a ter azia e dores de estômago. Minha filha vomita vegana. Stopped here in early AM before heading home after work. Went home and got to bed. Woke about 6 hours later and thought that I was going to die. Once I got it out of my system it still took several days to recover and be able to resume normal meals.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea, Vomitando
