I still have bag of some of the food and receipt. 3424 Poole Rd McDonalds Restaurant store #12293. Got sick . Food poisioned or allergic to food. On 2/21/2018 the last food I ate was that at 8:10pm oder47 went to bed around 9:30pm. Started itchy on arms and back. I am now at the Dr. Office  | Symptômes: Nausée

Mon ex m'a acheté, moi et mon enfant de 4 ans, des tacos croquants tacobell et un baryton pour moi. Quelques heures plus tard, j'ai commencé à avoir des brûlures d'estomac et des douleurs à l'estomac. Ma fille vomit végétalienne. Et j'ai suivi. Il est 340 heures du matin et j'ai un enfant de 4 ans qui vomit et je cours aux toilettes. Ce n'est pas correct.  | Symptômes: Vomissements

My husband and I both had Vitos from Jimmy John's at 8:15pm. To be fair we did have some homemade hummus later, but we've had that before and never had a problem. Around 11pm, we both started feeling a little nauseous. At 12:45, my husband began throwing… Voir plus

Stopped here in early AM before heading home after work. Went home and got to bed. Woke about 6 hours later and thought that I was going to die. Once I got it out of my system it still took several days to recover and be able to resume normal meals.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

I had sushi from Harris Teeter 4 days ago. Within 6 hours I was vomiting, running a fever, and having diarrhea. I'm now on day 4 and still haven't fully recovered.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
