I still have bag of some of the food and receipt. 3424 Poole Rd McDonalds Restaurant store #12293. Got sick . Food poisioned or allergic to food. On 2/21/2018 the last food I ate was that at 8:10pm oder47 went to bed around 9:30pm. Started itchy on arms and back. I am now at the Dr. Office  | Symptoms: Nausea

My ex bought myself and my 4 yearold some tacobell crunchy tacos and a baritto for me. A few hours latter i began to have heart burn and stomach pais. My daughter vegan vomiting. And i followed. Its 340am and i have a 4 year old throwing up and im running to the toilet. This is not right.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Stopped here in early AM before heading home after work. Went home and got to bed. Woke about 6 hours later and thought that I was going to die. Once I got it out of my system it still took several days to recover and be able to resume normal meals.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
