I got the Cajun crab dip on sale - (I should have known) I never eat or buy crab dip. I had that for dinner and only that. I woke up this morning with diarrhea, cramps, chills, but also sweats. I feel gross.

Sushi Sickness: Prolonged Symptoms

I had sushi from Harris Teeter 4 days ago. Within 6 hours I was vomiting, running a fever, and having diarrhea. I'm now on day 4 and still haven't fully recovered.
