Foi a única coisa que eu comi. Comi um cachorro-quente, uma pequena mordida de pretzel e um pretzel de jalapeño, e daí tive azia, enjoado a noite toda e ainda tenho enxaquecas e atualmente estou com diarréia a partir de agora  | Sintomas: Náusea, Diarreia, cefaleia, Enxaqueca, azia

I boiled some water to make a pot of rice and when I added the rice and stirred it up a small roach came floating up to the top. The brand of the rice is Blue Ribbon enriched golden parboiled rice.

Ordered extra long fish sandwich and side salad at about 1230pm on 02Mar16 from the north fort burger king drive thru. About two hours later I was not feeling well and by midnight I was puking. Have had stomach flu symptoms. Puking stopped early this morning but other symptoms persist.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando
