Es lo único que comí. Comí un perrito caliente, un pequeño bocado de pretzel y un pretzel de jalapeño, y luego a partir de ahí tuve acidez estomacal, náuseas toda la noche y todavía tengo migrañas y actualmente tengo diarrea a partir de ahora  | Síntomas: Náusea, Diarrea, Cefalea, Migraña, Pirosis

I boiled some water to make a pot of rice and when I added the rice and stirred it up a small roach came floating up to the top. The brand of the rice is Blue Ribbon enriched golden parboiled rice.

Ordered extra long fish sandwich and side salad at about 1230pm on 02Mar16 from the north fort burger king drive thru. About two hours later I was not feeling well and by midnight I was puking. Have had stomach flu symptoms. Puking stopped early this morning but other symptoms persist.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
