Manager arrived during inspection.

Must clean and maintain. ------: all shelving for food storage in the walk-in cooler extremely dirty with broken egg shells, assorted food debris encrusted in plastic milk crates being used as shelving. Must remove food debris,must not use milk crates as shelving. Must be smooth cleanable surface. Interior all other food coolers and freezers found dirty with built up food accumulation/debris. Must clean all and maintain.

Missing ceiling tile above the slurpee/cash station machine. Must replace. -----holes noted in the ceiling around piping in the employee washroom. Must seal.

See More the morning I had bad stomach pains and diarrhea. 2 days later I still have horrible stomach pains and diarrhea.  Ate 2 bites of the hot dog, then threw it away. The hot dog looked awful and was probably sat in the warmer for hours. It was shriveled looking.

It started Tuesday the 19th and it’s been 5 days I still haven’t recovered... See More and I’m unwell. After doing some research on stomach parasite I think someone needs to check the hygiene at the restaurant especially during these unprecedented times this kind of thing should be taken seriously!! I checked google reviews to see if anyone left a review recently about being unwell and came across a recent one on how unhygienic they are. Won’t ever eat from there again.
