My daughter has had food poisoning from Lucky Charms cereal. Severe vomiting and green diarrhea. She been sick for two days. Including fever. Do not eat this cereal. Had a bowl of Lucky Charms and about 3 hours latter I started to get cramps and pain. Had green and grayish diarrhea 5 times so far. Fairly intense stomach pain as well. I got In n Out after school on friday and felt extremely nauseous not long after. I threw up everywhere and continued to puke out anything from water to just saliva over 20+ times for the next 2 days after.
