5 hours of diarrhea and violent nausea
Started 2 hours after the evening meal (only a mac donalds menu) for only one person: the one who had had the big tasty at the mc donalds drive in Hanches (department 28). Twelve hours later the person is still ill.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate a double and single cheeseburger, some fries and had a chocolate thickshake at around 8:30pm, Friday 15th September. Within a couple hours, started experiencing symptoms of elevated temperature, cramping and stomach and head aches. Around 1am started experiencing more severe cramps, nausea and diarrhoea, then vomiting.

Had dinner at McDonald's yesterday shortly after that it started. Stomach cramps for a few hours and then I hung out on the toilet all night due to diarrhea and vomiting.
