Ordered the Mc spicy yesterday evening. Took two bites and liquid was dripping down my arm. I squeezed the bun and discoloured liquid dripped out. I immediately stopped eating it. Nausea started at 05:00 followed by diarrhoea and vomiting started at 08:00  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
