At 10PM on 12-14 I Purchased a Medium Chocolate custard with M&ms and Reeses.

GF had a vanilla with peanuts and M&ms

I ended up projectile vomiting for a few minutes the next day having had nothing else to eat.

Id look into that batch of reeses cups if i were them.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had blackberry concrete on May 19th at about 6:30 pm and immediately had severe stomach pain along with back pain that lasted all through the night and didn’t get better until late the next morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Something else, Stomach Pain

Orders the turtle sundae, it tasted great, 2 hours later I was in terrible pain and felt incredibly nauseous. It was absolutely awful. I don’t know what happened but I will not go there again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else

My 11 year old son and myself both had a vanilla ice cream cone and soon after coming back home I felt weak and nauseous a couple hours later I threw up and had diarrhea then at 2am my son started throwing up  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
