You can get food poisoning from soft-serve frozen custard. Diarrhea and nausea are the most commonly reported symptoms of Andy's Frozen Custard food poisoning. Soft-serve machines are perfect places for Listeria to build up if the machines are not meticulously cleaned.

I ordered the Boot Daddy Concrete and was super excited for my 1st try. I hate some on my way home and before I could drive a couple of miles, I had to open the car door and vomit. Thankfully, I didn't have much of it and had an immediate reaction.

I've gotten sick 3 times. One time with my boyfriend, second time with him I didn't get sick but third time I did get sick. And another time I went on my own and got sick again. Makes me sad since it's so good!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other

Went on June 18, 2020, at 7 pm. Ordered a waffle cone concrete. Later that evening, around 10 pm, I got violently sick... nausea, sudden onset of diarrhea, vomiting, sweating, and shaking. My stomach was sensitive throughout the night. It was horrible.
