I order a side salad 19 Oct 2023 @ 4:59pm with blueberries, strawberries, sliced eggs, and garden herb ranch dressing, was eating it when I bit into lettuce that tasted like medicine and I spit out what I didn’t swallow and within 30 minutes I started having diarrhea and nausea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
