I took one grandchild there on Wednesday, came home within four hours after eating he was throwing up.
I was assuming the first time was just a stomach bug. So, today I took a different grandchild there. Within four hours he was throwing up ... same as the other child.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate around noon time yesterday, and I ordered a large French fry with some Chick-fil-A sauce. The fries did not taste fresh and neither did the sauce. Later yesterday night was when I started feeling the symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a chicken sandwich on the 24th of march around 10 pm, 6 hours later vomiting and diarrhea. I had to be hospitalized due to bloody diarrhea and severe dehydration, still waiting for discharge.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
