Ate chicken deluxe sandwich at 3pm and my wife has been sick all day, Went to ER and they said that food poisoning is what caused it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Had cobb salad with nuggets 4/11/25, a few hours later was not feeling well and have had severe stomach pain, vomiting everything, cannot keep water down. This has to be food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
