I had just part of a slice of combo pizza this past Sunday around 1 pm. It was barely warm & just didn’t taste right so I didn’t finish it. Within 5 to 6 hours, I had vomiting & diarrhea. Extreme neusea & chills with fever that lasted some 6 hours. Still not feeling great, but much better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Ate a BBQ Sandwich from Food Court on Thursday at 6pm, tasted off so I only ate half. Woke up on Saturday morning with diarrhea all day. Vomited on Sunday once and had diarrhea the whole day. Continued diarrhea on Monday and today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
