Group of 16 are at the hibachi restaurant. Of the 16, 10 became ill with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea., 10 of 16 became sick. One became ill within the hour. The others as the night progressed, into the next day., 2 others got a rash as well  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Skin Rash

Stayed at the resort from late May to early June. Child got sick last two days of trip with vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea. Symptoms lasted for a total of 6 days (2 in DR, 4 at home).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

On my next to last day went to breakfast and hour later started bad nausea severe stomach cramps and diarrhea.
