It happened on Tuesday Aubonpain My husband is a GI fellow at Penn state Hershey. Him and his colleagues ended up getting lunch at Aubonpain and they have been severely sick since having lunch at Aubonpain. They all are profusely vomitting, have a diarrhea, are super dehydrated and very nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I only ate a few bites and within in 20 mins I suffered horrible diarrhea. Thinking maybe he was just a coincidence I tried again the following day trying to hold different bar and all eating a couple of pieces. The same reaction after about 25 minutes I suffered extreme diarrhea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
