Started yesterday diarrhea, vomiting, Lucky charm cereal Just that after a hr or so of eating lucky charms I started feeling nauseous then stomach achs then I finally vomited and still don't feel well  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

2-1/2 weeks ago, Either Krogers in Taylor Mi, or Saturn in Dearborn Heights Mi. Didn't know, but after reading a story could of possibly been from Lucky Charms, but can't be 100% sure Just that it lasted about 2 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had lucky charms but not sure if it was the cause. I had bought 2 boxes over the past few months.One from Meijer’s on burleigh street in wauwatosa Wisconsin and the second from metcalfs on 68th and state wauwatosa Wisconsin  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
