The product states gluten free, however, after eating the cereal I experienced symptoms of having had gluten. About 20 minutes after I had diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, severe stomach ache, and a headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

Whole family got sick after eating Lucky Charms. My 16 month old daughter ate lucky charms for breakfast, later that day she was violently vomiting and had diarrhea for 3 days afterwards. My wife and I also experienced the same symptoms that lasted about 48 hours. Was miserable.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I usually love cereal and purchased it about a week and a half ago. I was feeling nauseous and unable to keep anything down. I didn’t think cereal was the cause so I was trying to eat this to get something in me. Even after I stopped eating the lucky charms I was sick for 4 days straight after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

March 31st to April 6th lucky charms cereal I believe now that I read other complaints took my son in twice to urgent care ,all test came back negative for flu and covid but I know every morning he eats lucky charms so this might have been the culprit  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate Lucky Charms for weeks. I kept having horrible stomach pains and upset stomach. I woke up in pain and had to run immediately to the bathroom one night. I had no idea it was the cereal until I finally ate it as a snack one… See more

2 weeks ago I ate a bowl of Lucky Charms , about 15 to 20 minutes, I got stomach pains, then Nauseated, then threw up and had diarrhea. 1 week later I had another bowl, the same thing happened. I still have the family size box of Lucky Charms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
